At Shepherding the Nations, we believe that effective ministry is built on faithful leadership and strong partnerships with the local church. Our team is committed to equipping pastors and ministry leaders with sound biblical teaching, practical wisdom, and Christ-centered encouragement. While God has uniquely gifted each of us to serve in different ways, we recognize that lasting Kingdom impact is accomplished together—through dedicated leaders, supportive churches, and believers working in unity to make disciples of all nations.

International Board

Since Shepherding the Nations was founded in 2007, our International Board has faithfully provided spiritual oversight, strategic direction, and unwavering support for the ministry. United by a shared commitment to Christ and His Church, these dedicated leaders have prayed fervently for the ministry, traveled regularly to our fields of service, and personally invested in pastors and church leaders through teaching, discipleship, mentoring, interviews, and prayer. Their servant leadership and hands-on involvement have been instrumental in strengthening the ministry and advancing our mission of equipping faithful leaders to serve the Church around the world.

The ministry of Shepherding the Nations is strengthened through the faithful partnership of local churches that share our passion for equipping pastors and church leaders around the world. These churches are more than financial supporters—they are ministry partners who invest in the eternal work of making disciples and strengthening the global Church. Security Policy

STN is concerned about the security of our pastors and leaders, especially in SE Asia. Many of them are working in areas that are hostile to Christians and hostile to the spread of the gospel of Jesus Christ. For that reason we are careful not to mention names, exact locations, and hide faces.
